Contents are mint A with instructions in an excellent B+ box having splits in 2 corners of the lid however with a very nice appearance making up for this. The contents form an oval size 56" x 32" and the sleepers are a realistic OO gauge scale. Not seen one of these in this condition for a few years so I guess these sets are hard to find.
