This is a very nice near mint example of this uncommon lined maroon LMS coach with all printwork 100% in a near mint A- correct Triang Hornby box. The price reflects the fact that I have not seen better and it is doubtful that you will have either!

Triang BR Brake coach in green from 1960 with the running number S34243. There is no interior. The box has tape glue residue marks. There is graffiti at one end where the word "maroon" has been written on the box. This coach is in a very collectable condition. A-, B+

Triang Pullman Brake Coach "Car No.79" with seats in excellent condition with box good condition. The coach has had 8 seated passengers and a waiter fitted and the price reflects this detail. This coach is from the period of the early 1960's with the open axle boxes. The lining is intact and there are just minor scratches on the body sides and roof which will go unnoticed at normal operation distances in excess of 2ft. The roof has retained its original white appearance. The original box is intact but is creased in places. B+, B

There is very minor damage to the end door frame on the coach end side however you have to look very hard to spot it. The undamaged glazing and paintwork more than make up for this.
