Includes stile, memorial, stocks and trough with inn sign. Box near mint A- with instructions. There is some duplication of contents as there are made up accessories and kit parts included. The item includes 2 sets of stocks (1 made up and 1 in kit form), memorial stone, 2 sets of trough and inn sign (1 made up and 1 in kit form) and 1 stile made up without lichen hedge finish. Also included are some loose parts for a incomplete Real Estate kit stile with a stile unit that is possibly Merit. It is possible to assemble something from these parts.  Plenty of detailing parts here for your Real Estate village and extremely collectable as this item is rarely seen having had limited Margate factory production.

Set of 6 mint figures in a near mint unopened blister pack having a small split in one of the blisters only. Man with broom is rarely seen with broom in hand as this figure often damaged.

Mint accessories in near mint unopened pack. Includes TV aerials, weather vane for the barn, ladder for the haystacks and sign for the inn. Unless otherwise advised this is probably the last unopened pack of these accessories in existence with the accessories still on their original sprue.

A pocket money accessory priced at 2/6 produced in 1962 in unopened mint pack with parts in white containing 2 gates with notices on adjacent posts saying "Beware of the trains" and a 3 part timber crossing which clipped to Series 3 and Super 4 track. Packet is marked Super 4 and Series 3 track.

An unusual and rare example having left the factory unpainted and without transfers. I've never seen an example like this before so has to be rare! Without smoke deflectors and some age discolouration otherwise complete undamaged. Of interest to the collector.
